We are a family owned and operated monogramming & personalization gift business, located in Olive Branch & Southaven MS.

Returns Policy

We appreciate and value our customers and take pride in our products to satisfy our customers.

We do not offer money back on any items as most of our products are personalized so all sales are final. An itemized invoice will be sent to your email and it is the customer’s responsibility to confirm order is correct. By paying your invoice you are confirming that the size, color, style and personalization are correct. If there is an error on our part such as size of item, incorrect monogram we will be happy to exchange or fix product. Item cannot have been washed or worn and must have original tags left on it.

You must contact us at mommacandoit@yahoo.com if product is incorrect within 24 hours from receiving your product. Please include your name, email address used for purchase and description of product that is incorrect. Also, attach a picture of the error/defect if all possible.

Any item returned to Momma Can Do It without authorization will be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.

Please note that our standard monogram format is as follows:

first LAST middle When placing your order make sure you enter the initial’s in the way you want the monogram.

Sizes may vary on garments and colors on your screen may not be the exact colors you receive due to differences on a computer/phone resolution or fabric dye lots.

Shipping/Pick-up

Momma Can Do It or any of our employees are not responsible for any shipping issues once we have shipped it from our company. We will ship via US Post Office and will provide a tracking number. If it shows it has been delivered and package is lost we cannot replace it as it would be the USPS responsibility.

 

We offer shipping only in the United States through the US Post Office and ship it priority mail. Customer is responsible for shipping cost unless sells include free shipping at Momma Can Do It. You will receive your tracking number via email when it ships out from our company.

We offer a hassle free pick up if you are our local customers in the Olive Branch, MS area. You will be contacted via email when your product is ready and we will provide an address and instructions on “how to” pick up.
